About Me

Developer, Designer, & Finance Curious

I'm a developer from New York City currently studying at the Rochester Institute of Technology, where I focus on databases, UX/UI, and front-end development, with a minor in Finance.

I'm drawn to building products that sit at the intersection of interface design, underlying systems, and real-world decision making. Finance initially started as a personal interest, but it quickly became a lens through which I think about products — metrics, tradeoffs, performance, and user behavior.

My Approach

My work tends to start with structure — understanding the data, the constraints, and the user's mental model — before moving into interface and interaction design.

I enjoy building dashboards, tools, and interactive systems where clarity matters and where good UX directly impacts outcomes.

Direction & Goals

I'm currently looking to grow as an interactive developer and product-focused engineer, working on projects that combine thoughtful UX, clean front-end architecture, and meaningful data.

Outside of coursework, I enjoy experimenting with trading systems, dashboards, and performance-focused interfaces.

Interests & Activities

💻

PC Building

I saved up for and built my first PC when I was 12, and continued to build PCs throughout high school. It gives me insight into the workings of the tools that we use every day, and keeping up to date with further developments in the hardware realm is fascinating.

🎮

Video Games

I have been a gamer my entire life, playing video games from Minecraft and Terraria, to Fortnite, to Watchdogs and Borderlands, as well as board/card games like Coup, Cambio, Dungreed, and more. I love to learn and improve, so I have continued to gain transferable skills from game to game, figuring out tricks and reaching the leaderboards in competitive games like Valorant and Ultra Hardcore Minecraft. Being more busy recently, my current gaming stack is Minesweeper (PB 100 seconds 99 bombs), New York Times Games, Sudoku, and Clash Royale. (I also keep a deck of cards in all of my bags, so feel free to ask to play!)

🧗

Rock Climbing

In High School, my classmate in AP Art got me into rock climbing, and I was hooked by the physical demand, but also the problem solving and trial and error required to make progress. It is so interesting how there are so many different ways to complete the same climb, as well as external factors like height and strength that lead to different people having different techniques.
